This policy explains how rent payments, corrections, and refunds are handled by ExStentzive Designs LLC.
Payments made through pay.exstentzivedesigns.com are applied to rent and related charges owed under your lease. Rent that is properly owed and paid is generally non-refundable, because it satisfies an obligation you owe under your lease.
If you are charged or you pay more than the amount owed under your lease — for example, a duplicate payment or an amount entered in error — contact us promptly. Confirmed overpayments are either refunded to the originating bank account or credited toward your next month's rent, at your preference where practical.
Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account used for payment. Because payments and refunds move by bank transfer (ACH), please allow several business days for a refund to complete after it is approved.
If your payment is returned by your bank, it will be treated as unpaid rent and may be subject to returned-payment and late fees as allowed by your lease and Ohio law.
