These terms govern your use of the websites operated by ExStentzive Designs LLC ("the Company," "we," "us"), including exstentzivedesigns.com and pay.exstentzivedesigns.com, and any online rent payment made through them.
ExStentzive Designs LLC is a Central Ohio real estate company that owns and manages residential rental property and purchases residential property. The tenant payment page exists so that current tenants of properties owned or managed by the Company can pay rent online.
The online payment page is for paying rent and related charges owed under an existing lease with the Company. Amounts, due dates, and any late fees are governed by your signed lease, not by this website. Submitting a payment does not by itself create, renew, or modify a lease.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. When you pay, your bank or account information is entered on the processor's secure page and is handled by the processor, not stored by this website. You authorize the Company and its processor to debit the account you provide for the amount you approve.
Bank transfers can be returned for insufficient funds, closed accounts, or other reasons. A returned payment means rent has not been paid and may be subject to returned-payment and late fees under your lease and applicable Ohio law. We may reattempt a payment or ask you to pay by another method.
You agree to provide accurate information, including your name, property address, and payment amount. You are responsible for paying the correct amount owed under your lease even if a different amount is entered here.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
